Meet the Contractor Behind Your Remodel
Build Dog Construction is a licensed and insured remodeling contractor serving Montgomery County, MD and Washington, DC. We focus on clear scopes, realistic pricing, and one accountable contractor from planning through final walkthrough.
Who We Are
I'm Serhii, the owner of Build Dog Construction. I started in the field doing hands-on construction work — framing, tile, drywall, and plumbing — before moving into managing complete remodeling projects.
Since 2022, we've helped homeowners across Montgomery County and Washington, DC remodel their bathrooms, kitchens, and basements. I started this company because too many homeowners get burned by unclear scopes, surprise costs, and contractors who disappear mid-project.
My approach is straightforward: document the scope before we start, communicate consistently, protect your home during construction, and stand behind the work. When you hire Build Dog, you work with one accountable contractor — not a rotating cast of subcontractors you can't reach.
